Chicken tenders were tough and overcooked. I ate one and threw the rest away. Catfish was average. The best thing was the fresh fried okra. Not worth a special trip, but OK if you happen to be passing by.

Very bland. Got the 3 piece hot tenders with the hottest choice of seasoning - it was not even a tiny bit spicy. Fries were frozen and seemed to have not even a grain of salt on them. The sauces seemed old - you can see it got dry/gooey on the lids. Also had the stuffed crab - basically a $4 hush puppy. The roll will take you back to your elementary school cafeteria. I like supporting local, but won’t come back here.

The service was great. We came in right before they closed and the guy was still willing to make anything we wanted to order; as well as being super friendly. Unfortunately the food was not great. The fried fish was the best thing we ordered and it was just ok. The fried shrimp tasted like the kind that comes in the frozen box at Walmart. The stuffed crab was not even edible. We've eaten here before and it was good. Not sure what changed but it wasn't a good one.

Crispy shrimp. Delicious corn nuggets. Everything was hot and fresh and big portions. So glad we came. The dining room is closed, but they have picnic tables outside. Can’t wait to come back and try something else.

Food tasted like it came from a frozen box. My catfish was not fully cooked in the center. Staff is nice, but taste and quality were shockingly under my expectations (especially with 4 stars)

The food looked and tasted like it was processed frozen food from a grocery store. Didn't give any cocktail sauce for the shrimp that was bland, the chicken was all crust. The menu boards had the wrong prices, everything was a dallor more and it definitely wasn't worth it.

First time visiting Austin and found this little gem. The food was hot. The service was great. The owner told you how long it would take and he was right on the money. Now the parking lot could be better but the inside was very nice. Keep up the great work and when I come back to Austin this will be one of my stops.
